By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully.

1. About Ash & Juniper Aesthetics

Ash & Juniper Aesthetics LLC is a licensed skincare studio based in Draper, Utah, offering personalized facial treatments, waxing services, chemical peels, and related skincare services. Our services are provided by a licensed esthetician. We are not a medical practice and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Booking & Appointments

Appointments may be booked online through our GlossGenius booking system at ashandjuniperbooking.glossgenius.com or through our website.

• A valid credit or debit card is required to hold your appointment at the time of booking.

• Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• By providing your card details you authorize Ash & Juniper Aesthetics LLC to charge your card in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.

• Appointment availability is not guaranteed until booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% service fee charged to the card on file.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

• Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in being required to prepay in full for future appointments.

• We understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out to us directly if you have an extenuating circumstance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

4. Client Health & Intake Form

All new clients are required to complete a client intake and health history form prior to receiving services. This form helps Ashton tailor your treatment safely and effectively. You will be asked to disclose any relevant health conditions, medications, allergies, skin sensitivities, or recent procedures that may affect your treatment.

Certain health conditions, medications (including retinoids, blood thinners, and others), or recent cosmetic procedures may contraindicate specific services. It is your responsibility to disclose this information accurately and completely. Ash & Juniper Aesthetics LLC is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health information.

5. Minors

Clients under the age of 18 are welcome with written parental or guardian consent. A parent or guardian must be present at the time of the appointment for clients under 18 and must sign the intake and consent form on the minor's behalf.

6. Results Disclaimer

Skincare results vary by individual. Ash & Juniper Aesthetics LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from any treatment. Results depend on many factors including skin type, health history, home care routine, and consistency of treatments. Any before-and-after imagery used in our marketing represents individual results and may not be typical.

7. Photography & Social Media Consent

We love sharing our work. With your explicit written or digital consent, we may photograph or record before-and-after images for use in our marketing, social media, and portfolio. We will never use your images without your prior consent. You may opt in to photography consent on your client intake form. You may revoke consent at any time by contacting us in writing.

8. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards processed through GlossGenius, as well as cash.

• Prices are subject to change. Current pricing is listed at ashandjuniperbooking.glossgenius.com.

• Services marked "starting at" may vary in final cost based on scope discussed at the appointment.

• Tips are appreciated and accepted but never required.

9. GlyMed Plus Products

Ash & Juniper Aesthetics is an authorized GlyMed Plus professional distributor. Product recommendations are made in good faith based on your skin's needs. Product sales are subject to GlyMed Plus's own terms, shipping, and return policies. Ash & Juniper Aesthetics LLC is not responsible for product orders placed directly through the GlyMed Plus platform.

The content on ashandjuniper.com is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. All content, images, and branding are the property of Ash & Juniper Aesthetics LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
